Getting there

 

By plane: Sofia airport (https://www.sofia-airport.bg) is the largest international airport in Bulgaria. Bulgarian and foreign airline companies directly link Sofia to all major European cities Most of the low budget companies also fly to Sofia – WizzAir, RyanAir, AirBerlin etc. The domestic company - Bulgaria Air, offers convenient flights daily from most of the European cities.

By train: Bulgaria is linked to almost all capitals and big cities in Europe by train.

By bus: Most of the European big cities and capitals are linked with Sofia by bus.

By car: Sofia is accessible from the main border checkpoints via national and international roads. There is a vignette tax to be paid as entering the country, prices are reasonable.

By public transportation from the airport: There is a metro line available from Sofia airport to Park Hotel Moskva (https://www.metrosofia.com/en/sofia-airport). The metro line is M1 and the name of the metro station, closest to Park Hotel Moskva, is Joliot-Curie.

Taxis are also available but the participants are advised to be careful by ordering a car, because of the high rates of some of the companies.

 

Organized transfers

The conference secretariat will organize transfers from Sofia airport to "Park Hotel Moskva" and back upon request.

A CME representative will wait at the Arrivals area of Sofia airport to meet you and guide you to the transport vehicle. 

Cost per person in one direction is 18 Euro. Please, provide arrival time in Sofia and flight number at the time of booking.

We would like to kindly remind you that the check-in time is 14:00 at the day of arrival. In case of early check-in, we would kindly request you to pre-book your room.
