Presentations And Posters

For each talk, there will be a 15 min time slot (10–12 min for the talk and 3–5 min for discussion). The chairs of each session will be asked to keep strict time management.


Oral Presentations (on spot)

We ask you to arrive on time in your session hall, in order to prevent delays. The conference hall is equipped with a Windows computer, a beamer and a laser pointer. Please note that it will not be possible to use your own computer.

Please, provide your presentation as PowerPoint on the conference template on USB memory stick.

It will be possible to check the presentation on correct functioning and display of all slides. All presentations need to be handed over to the technical staff in the conference room no later than the evening proceeding the day the talk is scheduled!


Oral Presentations (online)

Online participants will receive a link, password, and instructions for connecting to the event several days in advance. A prerecorded video presentation is required in order to secure the smooth proceeding of the conference. Instructions and template will be sent in advance.

You are kindly asked to be online during the time of your presentation in order to answer questions.



The poster sessions will be online, integrated in the overall program of the conference. The authors are kindly requested to send their posters in advance, on the conference template, in order to be uploaded on the website of the conference. At relevant session presenters are asked to be online in order to discuss their research/design project with participants.
