All participants are kindly requested to pre-register by using the online system.
Please, bear in mind that each participant should create his/her own account with username and password in order to register.

Registration fee online (without presentation) will provide online access to all the presentations, e-book of abstracts, e-certificate of attendance.
Accompanying person registration fee on spot includes

Accompanying persons do not have access to the sessions.
Terms and conditions
- registrations are confirmed only upon receipt of payment
- registration fee applied will be based on date of payment
- * to be able to register as a student, you must present a proof of fulltime enrolment at a recognized university or college
A registered person can send one abstract of which he/she is the presenting author. However, the participant may submit more than 1 abstract with an additional fee of 30 Euro per abstract. If the co-authors would like to attend the conference, their registration and payment are required to be made independently.
Cancellation policy

before April 2nd, 2021 – 50% refund (excl. 30 euro bank fee)
- no refunds will be given after April 2nd, 2021 or for no shows

Confirmation letter
A letter of confirmation / payment receipt will be sent by email once the conference secretariat has received the fully completed registration form and the related payment.
Registration desk for on spot participants
Participants are kindly requested to contact the registration desk situated next to the conference hall, where they will be given their badges and materials. Outstanding balances for accommodation and/or transfers should be settled at the registration desk.
Virtual participants
Online participants will receive a link, password, and instructions for connecting to the event several days in advance. Good Internet connection is a must for both presenting participants and observers.
